TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Placing an initial order : To place an order, one must fill in the Order Form that is provided by the representative of the manufacturing company. The Order Form should indicate the current date, as well as the date of the delivery. The method of payment must be specified, and the form must be signed by both the company representative and the purchaser. An order can also be placed online, on our b2b platform (http://atelierzolotas.gr/b2b ) or by e-mail at sales@atelierzolotas.com.

2.Confirmation of Order : After an order has been placed, the deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be made, in order to begin its production right away. The time of delivery is counted from the day that the transfer has been successfully completed and appears in our account. After that, the manufacturing company will inform the purchaser about the upcoming delivery of the order.

REORDERING

3. Reorder Confirmation : A reorder is made, after being sent in written form, at sales@atelierzolotas.com. You can also Order Online http://atelierzolotas.gr/b2b using our b2b platform, by logging in with the personal data given to you by the company at the time of your registration.

SPECIAL CHARGES*

4a. Alterations to the Original Design : Any alteration to the original design (custom made orders) has to be indicated on the Order Form and will be charged with an additional 20% on the catalogue price.

4b. Fitting Adjustments : “Sur Mesure” orders (production in the exact body measurements of a bride) have an additional cost of 20% on the catalogue price. When the fitting adjustment is made by a seamstress of the purchaser, you can use the measurements chart that is provided, to help you find the right Zolotas size. Your delivery also comes with a repair kit.

4c. Plus Size Orders : Our wedding dresses can be made at any size. For sizes larger than 50 (Italian sizing chart) there is an additional cost of 20%.

*The extra 20% charge applies only once. For example, if a bride is size 54 (IT), wants to order her dress in her exact measurements and wishes to make alterations to the model, she will only be charged with an extra 20% once.

4d. Available Colors : All wedding dresses come in cream or white. Nevertheless, they can be made in any other color, in consultation with the designer.

5a. Delivery Time : Standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks. In case of a rush delivery, in which priority is given to your order, there is an additional cost of 20% for delivery at 4-6 weeks and an additional cost of 30% for delivery at 2-4 weeks. Also be reminded that one week (maximum) is needed for its shipping to the purchaser. In case a change of color is required (other than white or ivory), the delivery time will take more than 12 weeks. The Atelier remains closed during August. This period of time should not be included in the time of delivery.

5b. Exclusivity Agreement : Exclusive cooperation in a city is made after a special agreement and as long as the store which requests it, purchases its wedding dresses solely from Atelier Zolotas. Each one of our customers is ensured with the exclusivity of the model dresses they have chosen, at their corresponding point of sale.

6. Product Shipping: The shipping of the order is arranged by the manufacturing company right after the payment has been successfully transferred to the company’s account. The merchandise is shipped via UPS courier, with which the manufacturing company works in close cooperation, with favorable pricing. The transport costs are paid by the purchaser and they are included in the final invoice. In case of loss or damage, the responsibility lies with the purchaser, and the insurance of the merchandise is their obligation, if they decide to do so. If the purchaser prefers that the shipment is made by a different courier, the manufacturing company should be informed in written form in advance.

7.Method of Payment : Payment is made by depositing 30% of the total cost at the time of the confirmation of the order, and the remaining 70% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing on the Order Form, or an e-mail. Full payment will be confirmed by a receipt/pay slip, by bank transfer document, or proof of deposit. Payment must be completed within 8 weeks’ time, counting from the delivery date that has been estimated since the order has been confirmed, with the deposit of 30% of the amount. If the purchaser cannot make the final payment, since the dresses cannot be kept in the Atelier for a longer period of time, the deposit will be lost, and the order will be called off.

8a. Commitment to Cooperation Terms : The purchaser, by completing the Order Form, complies with the terms and conditions of cooperation and is not entitled to breach them.

Atelier Zolotas (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website atelierzolotas.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully, as it applies when you browse our website or purchase products in store. It informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

The legal basis for this processing is consent OR the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services (“enquiry data“). The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you. The legal basis for this processing is consent.

We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (“notification data“). The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is consent OR the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract.

We may process information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us (“correspondence data“). The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms. The correspondence data may be processed for the purposes of communicating with you and record-keeping. Your personal data will be processed using IT and electronic tools, mainly via electronic and automated means or we will use paper documentation e.g. through our order forms.

In our official blog of Atelier Zolotas, we upload digital material from our customers and associates, after having their consent to publish it, in writing. It is retained in our archives and is featured online, unless otherwise requested from our customers.

2.How we will use your data if you’re only browsing our site : When users visit and view the site, we do not generally collect personal data, save as to “browsing data”. The platform with which the site is made available to users automatically records some browsing data, such as the name of the internet access provider, the site of origin, pages visited, date and duration of the visit, etc. your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data is the Google analytics system. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services. The legal basis for this processing is consent OR our legitimate interests, namely monitoring and improving our website and services.

This website uses Google AdWords & Facebook remarketing service to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, a site in the Google Display Network, or somewhere on Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google & Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits.   • Companies that are involved in getting your order to you, i.e. suppliers, courier services (if you deliver goods) and payment service providers. We may disclose your personal data to our suppliers e.g. measurement sizes to ensure that they can provide the correct goods for your purchase.

4.Marketing : If, at the time of registering for your account or processing your order with us, you opt-in and consent to our marketing messages, such as our newsletter, we will send you information via email to keep you up to date with your news and to help you see our products.

9.Keeping your data : We will retain your personal data as follows: Name, address, purchase history, email address, wedding date, telephone number, correspondence emails will be retained for a minimum period of 2 years following purchase date and for a maximum of 10 years.

In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria: the period of retention of personal data category will be determined based on the needs of the business and for accounting and tax purposes.
